Reagan National Airport and Theodore Roosevelt Island

This is what we did TODAY!

For once, I'm not posting something that is months old! :)

First we went to a park right next to the airport and watched the planes take off.

Tyler thought it was a bit loud. When the planes first approached, he would yell, "Hide!" and burry his head in the back of my legs. Then he would watch with a huge open mouth. Once the noise passed, he would chase after the airplane.

 

Next we went to Theodore Roosevelt Island on the Potomac River.

 

It's amazing that this place is in Washington DC. We sure didn't feel like we were in the City! We found a Tarzan like vine and had some fun!
