Summer Fun

Although Mackenzie was not quite a month old when summer began, she spent her summer enjoying the pool with us!
 Mommy & Daughter Date Night!
Grandpa Graff came to visit for Mackenzie's baby blessing.
Ava would save the frogs from the pool filters.

Tyler LOVES to make cookies and asks to make them almost every day. On this particular day, he took the initiative to get everything ready for me (without being asked). :)

Ava Kay Hawes

I LOVE THIS GIRL!
Pictures from April 2015
I can't believe how big she is! In a few short months, she will be in school!

She preformed at a nursing home with her preschool.
They sang songs and danced.
Hugs with Tyler after the preschool program.
These two love each other so much and play so well together!! I don't know what Tyler is going to do without his best friend during the day once school starts.
While dad was fishing, Ava made this sandcastle.
Pretty spring flowers.
When Aunt Heather was here she straightened Ava's hair.
She looked so different; I didn't recognize her when picking her up from preschool!
She learned how to ride without training wheels when she was four. Now she is a speed demon!

I LOVE THIS BOY!

I learned this trick from a fellow mom shopper. The "soft item" pillow. In this case tortillas. :) He stayed asleep through the whole store, then I put him in the car, drove to Costco, unbuckled him and he slept in the Costco cart until we were finished shopping! I can't remember what we did that day that wore him out.
While Ava was in preschool, Tyler would accompany me to my prenatal doctor appointments. On this particular day he was once again, very tired. He fell asleep on the way there and slept on this chair during my appointment. He didn't wake up until I was buckling him in the car. The first thing he said: "Where's my sucker?" He always got one from the nurse.

Snapshots

Here are a few snapshots from our everyday life.
Pictures taken June 2015

We go on bike rides pretty much everyday. Tyler and Ava both love to pick flowers for me along the way. Anytime Tyler sees a dandelion, he always, immediately stops to pick it for me, and with a cute smile says, "Here Mom! You love flowers!" :) (I've instructed them that the only flowers they are allowed to pick are the weed kind - not our neighbors tulips.) :)
 I love my 3 kiddos!!
Here's an everyday cute moment. Ava and Tyler are always dressing up. Ava has dozens of princess dresses. Tyler has this one dalmatian dress costume that he always wears. On this particular day he added a graduation cap.

 Sweet 8 week old Mackenzie

Grocery shopping with 3 kids: How am I supposed to fit any groceries in there??

Love this boy

Mackenzie is starting to smile!
