Ava's 4th Birthday!

Ava turned 4 on March 5th!
I can't believe she is one year away from kindergarten!
She was spoiled for her birthday and had two parties!
For her first party we had friends from our old ward come over. Here's a clip from that day.
For decorations, I hung balloon clusters around the house. I also hung a balloon "chandelier" above the table.
We had rainbow cupcakes at both parties.

For her second party the next day, we had friends from our current ward over. It was a blast. Ava wanted a "Princess Party" but also wanted boys to come. So we called it a "Costume Party." :)

We made princess/superhero masks.
We played ring-around-the-rosie.

Our empty main floor was a great place to play Red Light Green Light!

Then we played freeze dance and acted like animals. The kids were so cute. There were 15 of them!

When I asked everyone to blow out the candles I immediately pictured 15 kids SPITTING on the cupcakes. That's why I said "Uh... blow to the sky!" :)

Opening her presents...notice the double suckers! :)

She was also delighted to receive several birthday packages from her Grandpas and Grandmas! Thank You!

Tyler's favorite thing? Playing in the boxes the presents came in. :)

For her main present, Justin and I got her a "Big Girl" bike! She was THRILLED when I let her pick a bike in the store and ride it to the checkout! I know this is a bad picture, but it reminds me of how excited she was. She was so proud to ride her new bike from the isle, to checkout, to the car. She asked if she could ride it all the way home. :)

The night before her birthday she was so excited, she asked to go to bed at 6:15pm. She said, "I'm going to grow and grow, and my hair will grow long, and when I wake up I will be bigger!!" She woke up at 4:45am on her birthday because she was so excited. :)
