Ever wonder how many jars of jam you can make from a single apricot tree? Probably not… but the answer is 60! That’s right, while visiting my family, we got this crazy idea to turn all of the apricots from my grandma's tree into jam. I don’t think we realized what we were getting ourselves into.
After hours of peeling, pitting and mashing hundreds of apricots, we admired our work. 
I was a little disappointed that I could not fit any jam in my luggage on the way home. (I LOVE FREEZER JAM!) So now that I knew how to do it (it’s really easy actually, if you don’t try to do a whole tree!) I decided to make some strawberry and raspberry jam when I got home. DELICIOUS!
