A few days ago Ava tasted her first rice cereal.
"Hey Mom and Dad. What's going on?"
"Uh... whatd'ya gonna do with that spoon?"
"uhhh.... there's something in my mouth...." 
"WHAT WAS THAT?!"--------------------------------------------------------------
A few days later, Ava found what she really wanted.
"Hmm... what is this? ....ooo... chocolate!"
"Uh... hi mom...I ain't doin' nothin'."

It's so fun when they can finally start eating solid food. I'm not surprised she is more interested in the chocolate rather than the rice cereal though. :)

no, it did not end up in her mouth. Unfortunately for her, she'll have to wait for her 1st birthday to taste cake. :)
