Justin has a new hobby: Fishing. Ava absolutely loves it as well. This post is extremely long, but it's 3 fishing trips in one.
We went to Lake Brittle. Gorgeous! I wish I had a boat to wakeboard and waterski! Look at that water. :) Of course, it was a small lake, so I'd be doing lots of circles and then the water wouldn't be so nice.

Ava is a bit of a tom boy. She had no problem with the worms, fish, or dirt. She even ripped the worms in half in order to put them on the hook.
At one point, I saw her get a curious look on her face and lick the worms!! Gross! Guess they looked tasty!
We watched Saturday morning General Conference (church) on Justin's smart phone. It was awesome to enjoy the beauty of nature while listening.
I think this video is funny because of the "soundtrack." As Justin pulls the fish out, the choir starts to sing.
More proof that my little girl has no problem handling fish.

There is a small pond near our house. Ava loves to fish there. She brought back seven fish in a bucket one day and enjoyed keeping them in her swimming pool. Don't worry, we returned them the next day.
While Dad and Ava fish, Tyler enjoys trying to eat as much dirt and as many leaves as he can sneak past mom.

I love how Ava's chair and fishing box match. I'm amazed she will hold the fish by the mouth. Brave girl.
