Farewell Colorado

Our last two stops before we left Denver.

Dinosaur Ridge

This spot is 100 million years old! Do you see the dinosaur tracks? I'm pretty sure this was the pink dinosaur's footprints. :)

We also went to Mt. Evans. At 14,264 feet, it is one of the highest peaks in the Rockies, and it is the highest paved road in North America.

It was quite amazing to almost be at eye level with the clouds!

This is the crazy road to the top. On one side, the tallest mountain, on the other, the largest cliff!

We are on our way back to VA. Right now I am in Boulder City, NV visiting my family one last time before we head east. More posts to come!
